Kaitlin Willow Olson, also known as Kaitlin Willow McElhenney, is an American actress. She started her acting career with the Los Angeles’ improvisational group, The Groundlings, and had minor roles in various TV dramas before being cast as Deandra Reynolds in the comedy program ‘It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia’. Olson is also recognized for playing Traylor and Mackenzie "Mickey" Molng on the shows ‘The Drew Carey Show’ and ‘The Mick’ respectively. She has appeared in a number of films and short films as well; these include ‘Coyote Ugly’, ‘Fugly’, ‘Weather Girl’, ‘Leap Year’, ‘The Heat’, ‘Vacation’ and ‘Scapegoats’, to name a few. The American actress has also provided her voice for the television projects ‘Unsupervised’, ‘Brickleberry’, ‘Bob's Burgers’ and ‘The Simpsons’. Olson, who is an avid fan of Sacha Baron Cohen and Will Ferrell, loves to have fun with her co-stars most of the time. She is a simple yet classy woman who always wears a smile on her face.
