Karen Polinesia along with Rafa and Lesslie Polinesia created their YouTube channel LosPolinesios in late 2012. Their first video was titled “Grabando el intro de la broma Tirando el Brasier.” The channel gained immense popularity for its vlogs, comedy sketches, shorts, and prank videos and has earned the interest of tens of millions of subscribers. In June 2017, the brother-sisters duo released their most-watched video titled “CAMPING AT HOME | LOS POLINESIOS VLOGS.”

In 2012, Karen and her siblings launched 3 more channels named ExtraPolinesios, Musas, and Juxiis. These channels host a vivid and wide range of content that includes gameplay videos, challenge content, DIYs, and music videos.
