Katie Fang, born Katie Anne Fang, is from Taiwan. Apparently, before making it big on social media, she worked at a Brandy Melville store. Not much is known about her early life.

Katie shot to fame with her engaging content on her TikTok account, katiefanggg. She is best known for her life vlogs, beauty and skin routines, and Get Ready with Me (GRWM) clips.

She is also known for posting about socially relevant topics. One of her initial clips on TikTok showed her getting upset while preparing for a shift that she was asked to serve at her workplace. The clip fetched her 33 million views within a short span of 2 months.

On February 14, 2023, Katie posted a clip on TikTok that showed her ice skating with a friend. The video was set to Mariah Carey’s hit track It’s a Wrap. Most of her content is light-hearted and fun, with a personal touch.

She is equally popular on Instagram. Katie launched her account on the platform, katiefangg, in September 2019. Her debut Instagram post was a photo series showcasing her travel adventures amid the gorgeous locales of Hawaii.
