Daryl Kent Jones is an American rapper and record producer. He is best known for releasing the single "Don't Mind" which peaked at #8 on the US Billboard Hot 100 chart. He is also known for releasing the mix tapes ‘Tours’, ‘The LUH Tape’ and ‘Too Much Too Soon’. Jones first became involved in music through a local church. His interest turned to jazz and then he went on to explore the world of hip-hop, where he mainly admired the works of Timbaland and Dr. Dre, both of whom influenced Jones' music. A native of South Florida, the American singer/rapper played drums in his childhood days after receiving lessons from his musically inclined aunt. As his love for music increased, he also learned to play a few other instruments, such as the piano and the Hammond organ. Jones, who is currently signed to ‘We the Best Entertainment label,’ is a singer with a unique voice. His rapping skills are impeccable and this is why he is today one of the most popular young rappers in Hollywood.
