King of the 4th Quarter launched his YouTube channel, KOT4Q, in June 2011. The first video he released on his channel was titled “Madden 13: Coaches Supremacy CCM League: Buffalo Bills Introduction | Free Agent Signing | Practices.” He has gained popularity for his video game content that mostly centers around NBA 2K. King of the 4th Quarter also posts gaming challenge videos and vlogs that have further added to his fame.

In 2015, he launched his second YouTube channel under the name, Kenny For Real. He posts reviews and reaction videos along with other NBA-related content on his new channel. King of the 4th Quarter came out with his third channel, Kenny, in 2016. Here, he entertains his viewers with meme videos and video game content.
