Levi Skyum began posting on his TikTok account @leviiskyum in August 2020 and quickly earned a dedicated fan following thanks to his lip-sync videos on the platform. The following month, he posted a TikTok duet featuring Charli D'Amelio, the most-followed TikToker in the world. A video of him lip-syncing to the song Baby by Madison Beer became very popular on the platform. In a December 2021 video, he had allowed three girls to take over his TikTok account. He had reached 790K fans on the app in early 2021, but later deleted the account.

A talented football player, Levi Skyum had also earned over 153k followers on his Instagram profile by sharing snaps from the field, as well as selfies. However, his Instagram profile also went through a similar purge as he deleted all sports related content on it at one point. His Instagram profile, @leviskyum, which is currently private, has over 139K followers. He is now active on TikTok on the account @leviskyumfr with 705K fans, but it only contains a handful of posts at the moment. Nevertheless, some of his old popular videos can still be found on YouTube or on fan-made TikTok profiles.

Levi Skyum, who spent most of his teenage years in Singapore, played youth level football at the local club Turf City FC for years. After his family moved to the Netherlands in 2018, he joined Feyenoord Academy based at Sportcomplex Varkenoord in Rotterdam at the age of 14. He was selected into the academy’s Under 17 team in July 2020. On February 3, 2021, twitter account “Feyenoord Youth Watcher” announced that “Feyenoord U17 midfielder Levi Skyum (16) will play for the American nationaal youth team next season.” It further revealed that he had previously played for the Danish national youth team. Interestingly, in one of his now-deleted Instagram posts, he was seen wearing a Denmark NT kit. Apart from being eligible to represent both Denmark and the United States, he may also be eligible to represent Singapore due to his past association with the Singaporean youth club.

Levi Skyum made his first ever vlog on behalf of the YouTube channel of “Feyenoord” on February 23, 2021. In the video, he allowed fans a glimpse into his daily routine and training sessions at Varkenoord in typical Dutch weather dominated by rain and snow. After joining the U18 team of the academy in July 2021, he went on to participate in U18 Cup Netherlands in August and the Netherlands U18 Divisie 1 tournament in November that year. He has played as a midfielder as well as a winger.

In early 2021, Levi Skyum courted controversy when he made a video participating in the “Sing if you find them attractive” trend on TikTok. In the video, he could be seen going over the picture of American TikToker Anna Shumate without singing along. Shortly after, Anna made a response video in which she showed screenshots indicating Levi had contacted her and asked for her Snapchat ID. However, Levi was also quick to respond and explained his prior direct message to Anna as fan behavior.

Levi Sebastian Skyum was born on November 20, 2004 in Copenhagen, Denmark. He has an American mother and a Danish father. While born in Denmark, he grew up in China and Singapore before relocating to the Netherlands in mid-2018. He has dual citizenship of Denmark and the United States. He has a younger sister named Denali.
