She joined the popular app in 2016 and began posting dance videos to showcase her talent. Since she is a gymnast and cheerleader at school, her professional dance moves attracted the attention of many, and her videos were often shared and featured on the home page. Subsequently, she decided to popularize her account and started posting dance routines on the beats to popular rap songs. She also posted popular lip syncs and collaborations with other TikTok celebrities on her account. Soon enough, her fan following increased, and she currently has over 300,000 followers. Later, Aaliyah branched out to Instagram and became popular there as well. She currently has over 220,000 followers on Instagram and counting.
