LosPollosTV joined YouTube on October 23, 2014 and posted his first video in January 2015. Apart from gameplay videos, he also posted challenge, story time, and other types of videos, often collaborating with other YouTubers. He played one-on-one basketball with NaXeDe in February 2017 and did a hoops challenge with Ambish in November that year. In October that year, he uploaded a video where he pranked a Walmart staff member. Also in 2017, he took part in the If You Laugh You Lose Challenge. He made a compilation video of a number of odd questions he is often asked while streaming, titled Ask Los Q&A. Despite frequent irregularities, LosPollosTV has managed to gain substantial following on YouTube and Twitch.

LosPollosTV was banned from Twitch temporarily in January 2017 after a raid he did on fellow streamer Avajaijai. While he said the raid was not to disrespect her, his viewers started to spam her chat. She eventually asked her viewers to report him on Twitch, which caused his ban later. Some of his fans went on to change.org to submit a petition to remove his ban claiming that he couldn’t have possibly controlled over two thousand people. However, the petition was closed as it failed to reach the minimum required number of supporters.

Since early 2017, LosPollosTV has been accused of scamming his supporters on multiple subreddits. He became infamous amongst the streaming community for rage quitting streams after accepting money; refusing to hand over lost money and rage quit mid-stream; deceiving followers with fake giveaways; and even raising money from donations to upgrade his computer and then forget about it.

He even enraged his regular fan base by missing stream schedules and choosing to fall asleep again and again. To make matters worse, his streaming schedules are usually late at night, which his fans eagerly wait for, and he only issues a casual promise to make up for it, never to keep his promise. He rather reduced the length of streams from six hours to only two hours. After repeatedly being bashed by his fans, he did an emotional Twitch stream in which he told his fans that his family is moving to Houston because of his father's job, but he is staying behind and will be homeless. After repeated questions on chat regarding why he cannot go with his family, or move in with friends, or even rent a room or hotel, his answers were vague, but it was clear that he did have other choices than spending nights in his car. He even tweeted that his streams would end soon.

The general consensus was that he was being overly dramatic on purpose to manipulate his viewers to forgive him for his laziness. Considering the spike in donations during this stream, some even claimed that it was a stunt for quick donations, which earned him about $300 in just one hour. Many of his loyal subscribers were so fed up with his constant antics that they even unsubscribed from his channel. He became so well-known as a scammer that people reporting him on various threads started to get trolled for their naivety.

LosPollosTV, whose real name is Louis, was born on February 8, 1995 in the United States. He is of Italian origin. He is often ridiculed on the internet because of his short stature and obese figure.

His fondness for another streamer named Alyssa has been a known fact among his friends and followers, even though he later mentioned in a tweet that she has a boyfriend. A clip of her apparently friend-zoning him on live stream went viral on the internet, but she claimed at that moment she did not mean to friend-zone him.
