Luisana Lopilato is an Argentine model, actress and singer who rose to fame after starring in the television series 'Chiquititas'. Luisana Loreley Lopilato was born on May 18, 1987, in Buenos Aires, Argentina, to Eduardo and Beatriz Lopilato. The youngest of three children, she was raised along with her brother, Darío, and sister, Daniela, in the Parque Chas neighborhood of the city.
She landed her first commercial role at the age of six after a casting director spotted her walking with her mother and offered an audition for a commercial. Despite the fact that she started her career as a child actress, she went to a regular school instead of taking on-the-set classes.

Luisana Lopilato made her television debut in 1995 on the series 'Mi familia es un dibujo'.
In 1999, renowned Argentinean producer Cris Morena cast her in the role of Luisana Maza in the popular television show 'Chiquititas' (Tiny Angels), which her brother was also a part of.
In 2001, she appeared in the mini-series 'Chiquititas, la historia' and the spin-off film, 'Chiquititas: Rincón de Luz'.
In 2001, she bagged the major role of Guivivere in the Argentine drama film, 'Un amor en Moises Ville' (Love in Moises Ville). The producers of the show were so impressed by her performance that they arranged for her to learn English so that she can deliver her dialogues in that language, after she admitted she cannot speak English.
In 2002, Cris Morena cast her as Mia Colucci in the soap opera 'Rebelde Way' (Rebel’s Way). While the series was based on a group of students who form a band, the cast of the show went on to form their own band 'Erreway'. They released the box-office hit film 'Erreway: 4 Caminos' in 2004.
In 2005, she was cast in the television series 'Casados con Hijos', which was the Argentine remake of 'Married... with Children'. She played Paola Argento, while her brother also starred in the series and played her onscreen brother.
