Margherita Ronchi Biography

Margherita Ronchi’s Venetian looks worked in her favour in her fashion career. Her stature and personality geared her towards becoming a model. She had several modelling assignments to her name from local brands and companies early in her career, and she quickly became a popular model in Italy. She even managed to walk the runway and make a name for herself. Despite having a successful modeling career in Italy, Margherita Ronchi decided to move to the US and try her luck in Hollywood. To support herself, she worked odd jobs, including that of a waitress at a restaurant. It was during her stint as a waitress that she met her future husband Matthew Fox, an Economics student and sportsperson. Despite initial reluctance from Ronchi’s end, she was won over by Fox in due time and they started dating in 1987. Ronchi’s career was put on a hold as she wanted to stand by her partner and support him throughout his career.

Since their marriage, Ronchi has been seen accompanying her husband to sets and travelling often in order to spend more time with him. Margherita Ronchi was born in Venice, Italy. She hasn’t revealed any information about her early life. She is currently married to the famous American actor, Matthew Fox. They met each other at a restaurant in 1987 when Matthew was still studying at Columbia University. They dated for a long time before deciding to finally tie the knot in August 1992. The couple is happily married to this day and continue to remain devoted to each other. They have two children; Kyle Fox (1998) and Byron Fox (2001). A bitter moment in their long-standing companionship came when stripper Stefani Talbott claimed that she was having an affair with Fox. However, Fox’s publicist denied these rumours, and Ronchi stood by her husband’s side, extending her support in rejecting Talbott’s claims. The couple currently live in Los Angeles and lead a very modest lifestyle.
