Michelle Lewin grew up in poverty and had a difficult early life but her life started improving after her marriage to a bodybuilder. Encouraged by her husband, she started pursuing a career in modelling. She traveled to Milan, Rome, and Barcelona, and contacted several fashion agencies. However, she was turned down numerous times for her short height (5 foot 4 inches). They also objected to the freckles she has on her chest and asked her to get them removed.

She then decided to get into bodybuilding and become a fitness model. In 2013, she took part in five NPC competitions, and in 2014, she was a participant in five IFBB competitions. She won many competitions including the NPC Fort Lauderdale Cup. She also became the Latin Queen of the fitness scene, and appeared on more than 30 magazine covers including ‘Playboy,’ ‘Oxygen,’ ‘Inside Fitness,’ and ‘Muscle & Fitness.’ Her strong social media presence boosted her popularity even more.

Personal Life

Michelle Lewin was born on February 25, 1986 in Maracay, Venezuela. She doesn’t know who her real father is. She grew up in poverty after her stepfather left her mother when she was 14. It was a traumatic period and both of them lost a lot of weight as they couldn’t buy food. She began working with her mother to survive, and also accepted food and money from the neighbors. When she was young, she was extremely thin and weighed 85 pounds or less. When she was 17, her mother took her to an exercise center. This marked the beginning of her journey to fitness.

Michelle met Swedish bodybuilder Jimmy Lewin in 2008. They got married in 2010. Today, her husband is also her personal trainer, agent, and social media manager. He taught her to work out her upper body, helping her achieve a well-balanced figure. In 2012, they moved to Miami, Florida, where she began her modelling and bodybuilding career.
