In December 2000, Milena Govich appeared in the musical revival of ‘Cabaret’. She played the role of Lulu and showcased her singing, dancing, and music skills onstage. She then performed in the musical revival of ‘The Boys from Syracuse’. After this, she performed in ‘Good Vibrations’ and ‘Thoroughly Modern Millie’. Then in 2012, the actress played a lead role in the play ‘Sweet Charity’.

Govich has also done several films and short films, including ‘Bad Behavior’, ‘In Love’, ‘Sordid Things’,’ East Side Story’, ‘A Novel Romance’ and ‘Pass the Light’. On television, Govich had a recurring role in the 2005 drama ‘Rescue Me’. After this, she played A.D.A. Jessica Rossi in the series ‘Conviction’ in 2006. The same year, she began playing Detective Nina Cassady in ‘Law & Order’.

After this, the actress guest-starred in the TV shows ‘K-Ville’, ‘Psych’, ‘The Defenders’, ‘Body of Proof’, ‘Make It or Break It’ and ‘The Mentalist’. She then had a recurring role in the drama ‘Finding Carter’. As a director, Govich made her directorial debut with the short film ‘Temporary’. This short film won multiple awards on the film festival circuit. Her upcoming short film titled ‘Unspeakable’ is currently in post production.
