Mina Myoung Biography

Mina Myoung was born on April 3, 1994, in South Korea. She was influenced by hip-hop culture when she was pretty young. During her school days, she was considered to be a tomboy by her friends and classmates. Mina started dancing at a very young age and by the time she was in high school, she had decided that she would pursue a career in dance.

After completing her education, Mina started focusing on her passion. She started working at ‘Brain Dance Studio’ and eventually gained popularity as a dancer. She then started working at ‘1MILLION Dance Studio,’ where she became a choreographer.

In 2015, she choreographed a song titled ‘Like Ooh-Ahh,’ which was recorded by a South Korean girl group named ‘Twice.’ The song was released by ‘JYP Entertainment,’ which was then posted on its official YouTube page. ‘Like Ooh-Ahh’ has so far gathered millions of views and likes on YouTube.

In 2016, she appeared in one of Jay Park’s music videos titled ‘All I Wanna Do.’ She displayed her dancing skills in the music video, which was uploaded on 1MILLION Dance Studio’s official YouTube channel. The video, which was posted on October 26, 2016, has also accumulated millions of views and likes.

In 2017, Mina worked in Bae Suzy’s music video, ‘Yes No Maybe.’ The song was released by ‘JYP Entertainment’ and was subsequently posted on its YouTube channel, where it has gathered more than six million views.

She once again collaborated with Jay Park when she choreographed his music video, ‘Yacht.’ The music video, which was posted on Jay Park’s official YouTube channel on July 17, 2017, has amassed more than 25 million views.

In the same year, she joined hands with Jessi for a music video titled ‘Gucci.’ Its official music video has so far gathered more than 23 million views. Mina also worked with the famous South Korean girl group, ‘Playback.’ For ‘Playback,’ she choreographed a song titled ‘Want You To Say.’ The music video of the song has managed to accumulate over 11 million views.

Mina Myoung created her YouTube channel, ‘Mina's TV 미나네TV,’  on December 21, 2011. The channel, which is packed with her dance videos, has accumulated more than 517,000 subscribers.

She has also appeared in many YouTube videos, posted by ‘1MILLION Dance Studio.’ In one such video, Mina was seen dancing to Beyoncé’s famous song, ‘7/11.’ The YouTube video went on to become one of the most viewed videos of ‘1MILLION Dance Studio’ as it gathered more than 63 million views and over 836,000 likes.

Other famous YouTube videos of which Mina has been a part include ‘Microdot X Mina,’ ‘16 Shots - Stefflon Don,’ ‘Mina Myoung Choreography | Body Party – Ciara,’ and ‘Work - Rihanna ft.Drake / Mina Myoung Choreography.’

Mina’s Instagram account, which is packed with her pictures and dance videos, has garnered more than 703,000 followers. She is also famous on other social media platforms like Facebook.

Mina Myoung is a cheerful person, which is evident in some of her videos like ‘Mina TV - Who is Mina Myoung?’

Apart from the fact that she likes to spend her free time with her older sister, nothing much about Mina’s private life has made it to the tabloids.
