Nadine Caridi was born on November 6, 1962, in London, United Kingdom and grew up in Bay Ridge, a neighbourhood in Brooklyn, New York, US. There is not much information on her parents and early life except that she attended John Dewey High School located in Gravesend, Brooklyn, and completed her graduation from there. She endeavoured into modelling and later became the poster girl of beer brand ‘Miller Lite’ in the 1990s. Moving on, she was successful as a model with her stunning and captivating looks that saw her featuring in several national commercial campaigns that included the Monday Night Football commercials. Nadine also furthered her education and obtained a Masters in Clinical Psychology from the Pacifica Graduate Institute and obtained her PhD later in 2015.

Marriage, Life & Split with Jordan Belfort

Belfort was known for throwing lavish parties with girls, alcohol and drugs. It was in one of these parties that the gorgeous Nadine first met Belfort introduced by her then boyfriend, Alan Wilzig, an American entrepreneur, semi-professional race car driver, restaurateur and philanthropist. At that time Belfort was married to Denise Lombardo. Nadine and Belfort got drawn towards each other at the very first glance and soon started dating. The two tied the knot in 1991 in the Caribbean after a few years following Belfort’s divorce with Denise. Nadine, also known as Duchess of Bay Ridge, ceased to work as a model following her marriage. She has two children with Belfort - a daughter, Chandler, and a son, Carter, and would lead the life of a socialite apart from taking care of her two adorable children.

Belfort bought a luxury yacht that was originally built in 1961 for famous French fashion designer and businesswoman, Coco Chanel, founder of the brand ‘Chanel’. After such purchase the yacht was named ‘Nadine’. It sank off the east coast of Sardinia in June 1996. Belfort gradually gained notoriety for his shady businesses that led to investigations by authorities and sentencing of the stock market mogul for four years of imprisonment in 2003. He finally served a term of 22 months in prison. Such incidents along with Belfort’s drug addiction, fraudulency, alleged domestic violence on Nadine and his affairs with other women led to trouble in personal relations. The couple finally divorced in 2005.

The memoir of Belfort titled ‘The Wolf of Wall Street’ published by Bantam Books on September 25, 2007 was adapted into an American biographical black comedy crime film bearing the same title. The film that was directed by Martin Scorsese and released in December 2013 had Leonardo DiCaprio essaying the role of Belfort while Nadine was portrayed by Australian actress Margot Robbie. The film became a blockbuster hit and garnered several awards and nominations including 5 Academy Awards nominations.

Second Marriage & Present Life

Following her divorce with Belfort, Nadine married former entrepreneur from New York, John Macaluso, in Manhattan Beach. Macaluso, reported to be around 22 years older than Nadine, served as CEO of Wizard World. According to sources, the ravishing beauty is leading a happy and peaceful life with her present husband. The family of the couple consists of three daughters of Macaluso from his first marriage namely Frankie, Allie and Nicky, and two children of Nadine with Belfort.
