Narvel Blackstock is an American television producer, music manager and former steel guitar player who was married to American country singer, songwriter, actress, and record producer Reba McEntire for 26 years until their divorce in 2015. He initially played in her band and later became her manager. He is often credited for helping her build her illustrious career. During the 1990s, he executive produced television movies like 'Is There Life Out There?', 'Forever Love', and 'Secret of Giving', all of which starred his wife McEntire. He was the director of the 2006 video 'Reba: Video Gold II'. Recently, he produced two television specials starring male country music vocalist Blake Shelton titled 'Blake Shelton Live: It's All About Tonight' in 2010 and the follow-up 'Blake Shelton's Not So Family Christmas' in 2012. In 2012-13, he executive produced the television series 'Malibu Country'. He also executive produced the musical comedy 'Kelly Clarkson's Cautionary Christmas Music Tale' in 2013, starring singer Kelly Clarkson, who is now his daughter-in-law. He currently manages artists like Kelly Clarkson and Linda Davis.
