Neal created his 'YouTube' channel, 'QJB,' in May 2006. However, he began posting videos in 2011. Neal primarily posts ‘NBA’ video games on the channel. Some of the games he plays on the channel are 'Madden 19,' 'NBA LIVE 19,' 'NBA 2K19,' 'MOBILE SPORTS GAMES,' and 'FORTNITE.'

The channel also hosts beast gameplay videos, trendy music, gaming news, and tips and tricks for video games. The channel has earned over a million subscribers. Neal has teamed up with popular 'NBA 2K' player Chris Smoove to create 'Madden' and 'NBA' gameplay videos.

Neal was born on April 23, 1987, in Delaware, US. While growing up, he had to travel a lot, as his father was in the military. Neal earned a bachelor's degree in computer-aided drafting and design from the 'North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.' He later earned a master’s degree, too. He also worked as a computer-aided design technician for three years.

Neal is married to Brittany. They got married in 2016. He has a daughter named Alexa who was born in 2011. Neal began posting ‘YouTube’ videos a few months after Alexa’s birth. He has never revealed anything about Alexa’s mother.
