Neal earned a bachelor's degree in computer-aided drafting and design from the 'North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.' He later earned a master’s degree, too. He also worked as a computer-aided design technician for three years.
Neal is married to Brittany. They got married in 2016. He has a daughter named Alexa who was born in 2011. Neal began posting ‘YouTube’ videos a few months after Alexa’s birth. He has never revealed anything about Alexa’s mother.
