In 1989, Andre became a contestant on an Australian talent show named ‘New Faces’. After getting a recording contract as a result of the show, he released his debut single “Drive Me Crazy”. After this, he released the hit single "Gimme Little Sign”. On 30 September 1996, he released his studio album titled 'Natural' that included the hit track "Mysterious Girl”.

Then in 2004, Andre released his album ‘The Long Road Back’ and also appeared on the reality show ‘I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here’. The same year, he launched the ‘Katie & Peter’ franchise on the network ITV2. The first series under the banner was ‘When Jordan Met Peter’. The following year, ‘Jordan & Peter: Laid Bare’ and ‘Jordan & Peter: Marriage and Mayhem’ were made for the Katie & Peter reality series.

In the ensuing years, the English artist released his albums ‘A Whole New World’ and ‘Revelation’ and also a few more series for the Katie & Peter franchise. In 2010, he came out with his albums ‘Unconditional: Love Songs’ and ‘Accelerate’. That year, Andre also presented the ITV series ‘Odd One In’.
