Philip Joncas Biography

Philip Joncas was born in Lowell, Massachusetts, United States of America. After graduating from the ‘Catholic University of America,’ Philip got employment as a production manager with the ‘U.S. Department of Homeland Security.’ Around this time, he developed interest towards arts and decided to pursue his passion. In order to do so, he first attended ‘Corcoran College of Art and Design’ and then went to ‘Minneapolis College of Art and Design,’ from where he graduated with a Post Baccalaureate degree in 2009. He then started working as a production manager and coordinator for various TV shows and films, including the 2013 comedy-drama film ‘The Way, Way Back,’ which starred Allison Janney as Betty Thompson.

As a production coordinator, Philip Joncas worked in projects, such as ‘Nebraska,’ ‘Silcon Valley,’ ‘Chef Hunter,’ ‘Extreme Chef,’ ‘Marc Maron: Too Real,’ etc. Currently, he is associated with ‘IATSE Local 871,’ which is a union of Hollywood workers who work behind the scenes. Apart from being a successful production manager, Philip is also a freelance web designer, painter, and photographer.
