PinkAnt originally joined YouTube on March 14, 2015 with the channel Antz - Clash of Clans and started uploading trolling videos about the mobile game Clash of Clans the same day with Rushed town hall 10 trolling! However, he was active on the channel for only about a week and had posted just 10 Clash of Clans videos before abandoning it.
Over a year later, he created the channel PinkAnt on May 8, 2016. However, the earliest video currently on his channel is one titled Roblox ODer Police “The Movie” from July 22, 2017. He also had over 750 members in his fan group on Roblox. He further had the streaming profile pink_ant on Twitch, but later switched to another profile, PinkAnt.
On YouTube, he continued to upload trolling videos about online daters on Roblox and often collaborated with fellow Roblox player and YouTuber GoingLimited. However, they eventually parted ways, presumably because the latter’s priorities changed as he was focusing more towards review content rather than trolling. PinkAnt created original clothing items for Roblox and had encouraged his fans to vote for his group as the best clothing group at the 5th Annual Bloxy Awards in December 2017.
Considering that PinkAnt primarily focused on trolling and irritating different groups of people on Roblox, sometimes even experience creators and admins, for his YouTube content, he often courted temporary bans on the platform. However, he was banned for three days in January 2018 for “stealing from or scamming other players”, following which he made a YouTube video to clarify that he had just accepted a good trade offer only to learn later that the item was scammed, which he had no way of knowing since the Roblox Forums was discontinued a month earlier. The very next month, he revealed in another YouTube video that several of his alternate accounts, which he did not own, were closed because of IP sharing.
In October 2018, his primary account “L_0!” was permanently deleted for “repeated scamming”, causing him to lose 5 million Robux. It happened after another user sent him a troll trade offer of four valuable items in exchange for a single cheap item, and he accepted the lucrative trade. The user later tried to get his items back by reporting the trade to Roblox, which flagged PinkAnt for scamming. While his initial appeals were turned down, he was eventually able to get his account back after the other user admitted to sending the trade offer by mistake. However, the biggest blow to his career came not from Roblox, but from YouTube, which removed him from the partner program in May 2021, preventing him from making money off YouTube. He later revealed through a community update that the issue was resolved and he would continue making new videos, but he has not posted anything since August 2021.
PinkAnt was born on April 23, 2003 in the United States. On January 12, 2020, he showed his face and revealed the back-story of his online alias in the video PinkAnt Face Reveal..., claiming that “Ant” is his actual name and added that he likes the color pink despite it being considered a feminine color. He further responded to comments about him “stealing” the username of more popular gaming YouTuber Ant, pointing to the fact that the latter’s original username was “CreeperFarts”, while he had his first YouTube channel since March 2015. He also showed his earlier trolling videos from that channel to refute claims about him copying trolling content from other YouTubers. The only time he mentioned his family was in a tweet about his mother.
