Pioladitingancia started out on Instagram in 2015 and his first post was a photo with Baseball star Miguel Sano. Since then, he has been actively posting a variety of content on the platform, including lifestyle pictures, celebrity collaborations, and comedy videos. Pioladitingancia is now a viral sensation on Instagram. He launched his YouTube channel, Pio La Ditingancia, in December 2015 and his first video was titled “Lo que me paso cuando me Iva a comer un PAVO !!! pioladitingancia.” He posts comedy shorts on his channel that entertains thousands of viewers. The most-watched video on his channel is titled “Pio La Ditingancia - Chuchi (Video Oficial).”

Pioladitingancia made his film debut in the 2018 David Pagan Mariñez-directed comedy film Trabajo Sucio, where he played the role of Napoleón. The following year, he starred as ‘Big Shawn’ in the comedy film I Got the Hook Up 2, directed by Corey Grant. That same year, he also portrayed ‘Yiyo’ in the crime comedy film La Maravilla, directed by David Pagan Mariñez. He is now all set to appear in the upcoming comedy film Malos Padres.

Pioladitingancia was born on October 5, 1993, in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. He posted a photo alongside his mother on Instagram in 2017. He had a sister who died due to a medical complication. Pioladitingancia’s zodiac sign is Libra.

Pioladitingancia was born with Pituitary Dwarfism which restricted his physical growth. To meet his medical expenses, Pioladitingancia moved to New York in search of work. According to him, he wanted to become either an architect or an actor. However, due to lack of opportunities, he worked at food stores before making it big on social media.
