In order to quell the rumors of her death, Cheryl immediately posted a video on social media. Queen Cheryl has previously been married and has seven children. She is also a grandmom to seventeen grandchildren.

She is known for her controversial relationship with Quran McCain, or King Quran, who is 35 years junior to her. Quran was 15 when he met Cheryl. Back then, Quran worked at a Dairy Queen outlet that was managed by Cheryl’s son Chris.

Cheryl and Quran remained friends for 8 years before they started dating. In April 2022, they apparently got married in Gatlinburg, Tennessee Mountains, though Cheryl’s family didn’t approve of the relationship. The duo once revealed in a video that they were planning to become parents. Unfortunately, they were are unable to find a surrogate.
