Regina Carrot Bio

Regina Carrot first became known in 2009 for starring in the Mexican drama series Glam Girls.

Between 2013 and 2016, she was employed at Pepsico Alimentos Me̒xico and worked for brands like Emperador and Chokis.

In October 2015, she launched her You Tube channel and uploaded her first video, Regina Carrot: Dos Solamente Dos Music Video. This was the first single from her album Dos Solo Dos. Since then, her channel has gained fame for her motivational videos. She publishes videos around how to be happy, how to be more sociable, how to get over a relationship, how to start a business and how to achieve different goals. Since its launch, the channel has gained over 2.36 million subscribers.

She shares her motivational content, though in a shorter format, through her other social media account too. Her Instagram account @reginacarrot is followed by over 1.2 million followers whereas her TikTok account with the same name has over 3.6 million fans. Additionally, her Facebook account has over 6.4 million followers

She has developed her lecture/conference format which sets her apart from others. It is a motivational performance (wherein she combines her motivational conferences with musical presentations (including songs written by her). These aim to help people to move forward in life without getting scared of failure. She is also one of the motivational speakers who has delivered her talks Eres Feliz o Solo Sonries at the TedxTalks.

In 2020, in association with Peguin Random House, she released her first book Cómo salir del club de los fracasados: Caer es el primer paso para lograr el éxito (How to get out of the failure club: Falling is the first step to success).

She has also created an online platform Restartness where users can take up different course, read ebooks and listen to a podcast for their personal development and eventual success. Due to her work, she has also featured in numerous print publications and online media.

Regina Carrot was born on 15 October 1988, in Monterrey, Mexico. She did her schooling from American School Foundation of Monterrey. In 2012, she obtained her bachelor’s degree in International Marketing from Universidad de Monterrey. She then got her MBA degree in Marketing from Universidad Tecmilenio in 2014 and went on to receive her diploma in Positive Psychology in 2018 from the Universidad Iberoamericana Monterrey.
