Roberta Tirrito Biography

Roberta Tirrito’s career took off in 2012 when she landed her first modelling consignment at the age of just seventeen. On completing high school, she immediately began attending college. It was around the same time when she got the offer to pose in men’s magazine ‘Maxim’. She accepted the offer, and soon become one of the top Italian models owing to the fame she had harnessed with only a single shoot. Other Italian magazine offers began coming in shortly. Roberta became a star overnight and she modelled for prime Italian magazines such as ‘Style Papers Italia’ and ‘VIP Settimanale’, posing for the brand ‘American Apparel Italia’. In the midst of her blossoming career, when she was just eighteen, she turned towards business and founded her own company ‘Ladies Smoky’. Her designs were sold out in a matter of three days, making her first enterprise a success. Roberta has featured in advertisements for big brands such as ‘IvyRevel’ and ‘Deky Shoes’. In 2016, she also appeared on television show ‘Take Me Out, which was her first television appearance. The same year she also posed for the international men’s magazine ‘GQ or Gentleman’s Quarterly’. In 2017, she modelled for the Italian monthly magazine ‘For Men’. Roberta hasn’t yet walked the ramp and is focusing on modelling in magazines and acting in TV shows.

For many it would have been flattering to acquire success at such a young age, yet for her it has been sheer grit and dedication. Roberta’s humility, gratitude and hard work have paid her back tenfold. Ever since she landed her first offer, she hasn’t stopped working. Continuing her education was a choice, and she has balanced her work and education beautifully. She describes herself as positive and creative hence she didn’t limit herself only to modelling but became an entrepreneur with her clothing line ‘Ladies Smokly’. The stylish model loves keeping it natural and comfortable. She prefers a no-makeup look with comfortable clothes when hanging out with her friends. She eats healthy and hits the gym three times a week. Her favorite music is hip-hop and her favorite artist is Rihanna. She idolizes Angelina Jolie. She loves travelling, and her favorite destination is London. She is also an animal lover; as a child she kept seven hamsters. She aspires to be an actress and is presently taking acting lessons.

She was born in Palermo in 1995 to Italian parents. She was raised in South Italy before moving to Milan. She has successfully kept her personal life and family away from the spotlight and any controversies. Thus, not much is known about her family. She completed high school at the ‘Liceo Leonardo Da Vinci High School’ in Sicily. Roberta had a rough time in school as she was often bullied for stammering; she used to stand for several hours before the mirror and speak to herself to overcome her stammer. After high school, she continued with further education at ‘The University of Turin’. At the university, she studied three languages – English, Russian and French. In 2015, she joined acting classes to enhance her scope in the entertainment industry. At an interview she mentioned that her father has been her biggest inspiration and motivation. Though she now lives separately, she continues to visit her family thrice a year. Roberta dated a young lad who was a local soccer player at the beginning of her career. In 2015, she met Igor di Giovanni, Ukrainian TV star. The couple was in a relationship for a while, but reportedly later broke up, she is currently single again.
