Samantha Beckinsale is an English actor, best known for her performance as ‘Firefighter Kate Stevens’ in ‘ITV’s drama series ‘London’s Burning,’ which ran from 1986 to 2002. She started her acting career with the TV series ‘Agatha Christie's Poirot – The Adventure of Johnny Waverly’ in 1989. She is also known for playing ‘Lesley’ in the sitcom ‘Shelley’ from 1989 to 1992. She also appeared in an episode of ‘Thames Television’s ‘Never the Twain.’ One of her most notable roles was that of ‘Gillian’ in the 1994 sitcom ‘Time After Time.
