Samantha Logan is an American-born Trinidadian–Irish actor, best known for her performances as Nina Jones in the series 13 Reasons Why and Olivia Baker in the series All American. Samantha was born in Boston but convinced her mother to move to New York at 10, only because she wished to pursue a career in the entertainment industry. She made her TV debut with Gossip Girl in 2009. She then appeared in 666 Park Avenue and General Hospital, before bagging the plum roles in 13 Reasons Why and All American. She loves traveling and volunteering for charitable organizations.

She was then cast in the leading role of Olivia Baker in the 2018 series All American. The sports-drama series, based on the life of professional American footballer Spencer Paysinger (portrayed as Spencer James and played by Daniel Ezra), aired on The CW. It was renewed for another season, in 2019. The series also featured Bre-Z and Greta Onieogou among others. In January 2020, the makers announced a third season.
Samantha was also seen as Kasey in the horror film Polaroid (2019). She is all set to appear as Davara Walsh in The Empty Man (2020), another horror film, which is in its post-production stage.
Samantha Logan began dating actor Dylan Sprayberry, her Teen Wolf co-star, in 2017. Dylan is also known for his role in the film Man of Steel.
