Santea rose to prominence by posting lip syncs, dances, challenges and short scenes videos on the popular social media platform TikTok. He began posting videos from October 2019 onwards and since then his videos have garnered plenty of views and likes. In all, his videos on his account, @santea_, have attracted over 2.6 million fans and 211 million likes. He has collaborated with various other social media personalities like TikTok stars EmeIly Hernandez and Devin Caherly and made videos with them for his audience. His video with the former was a lip sync video set to the song Somebody That I Used To Know by the Belgian-Australian singer-songwriter Gotye. It has been viewed more than 5 million times.

He has also been a member of a dance trio group Dadwiggies which included other TikTok stars JaycoSet and ActuallyJosee.

Apart from TikTok, he also enjoys a good fan following on other social media platforms as well. On his Instagram account @santea_, he is followed by more than 440K followers while on You Tube; he has over 153K subscribers.

Santea was born as Santiago Albarran on 3rd November 2001 in Texas, United States. He graduated from J Frank Dobie High School in 2020.
