She is best recognized for playing Sarah "Flash" Roberts on ABC’s ‘One Life to Live’ and Gabriela 'Gaby' Moreno Forester on CBS’s ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’. She has also guest-starred in a number of TV programs such as ‘Murphy Brown’, ‘Step by Step’, ‘ER’, ‘Grey's Anatomy’ and ‘Cory in the House’. Workman has done a handful of films as well. Her film appearances include ‘The Skateboard Kid’, ‘The Biggest Fan’, ‘Even Money’ and ‘The Blackout’. As a director, she has made the short films ‘Float Like a Butterfly, Sting Like a Spelling Bee!’ and ‘Kids After Dark’.
