Sophia shot to global fame with her entertaining and quirky content on her TikTok account taylorrandsoph, which she shares with her husband, Taylor. A July 2022 clip she posted was set to a track by Luke Combs. Over the years, the couple has gained millions of followers and likes on the platform.

Most of her clips feature Sophia and her husband playing pranks and challenges on each other. A viral video of hers featured her boyfriend being fed a huge amount of salt. The clip gained her millions of views.

She is equally popular on Instagram, where her account, sophiahillll, has fetched her thousands of followers. After reaching the 2 million follower mark on TikTok, she and Taylor posted a photo of them in a celebratory post on Instagram. Most of her posts center on the birth of her child and her experience of being a mom.

On YouTube, the couple has a collaborative channel named Taylor & Soph.
