Sophie Conder first appeared on the family Youtube channel Dad V Girls in the 2018 video titled “The Whisper challenge - Dad V Girls.” Since then, she has frequently appeared in many vlogs and challenge videos and has helped Dad V Girls grow into one of the most prominent channels on Youtube with over a million active subscribers.

In August 2020, the Dad V Girls family launched their second channel Dad V Girls EXTRA. The channel is famous for its vlogs and short video and entertains close to 86k subscribers. It was later revealed by the doctors that Sophie’s tests did not highlight any major problem. They did not share any explicit details about her condition but promised to make a separate video that would be all about Sophie.
