Stefanos Tsitsipas is a Greek professional tennis player who currently holds the No.1 ranking in Greece and previously ranked No.1 in the world among junior players. He is also the only Greek player to make into the list, as well as the best Greek male tennis player in the Open Era. He reached the finals of the prestigious junior tennis tournament, Orange Bowl, for two consecutive years in 2014 and 2015. In 2016, he won the Trofeo Bonfiglio, a 'Grade A' event in Milan, Italy, which is also known as the International Junior Championships. Also in 2016, he won the Boys' Doubles at the Junior Wimbledon Championships in London, along with Kenneth Raisma, which made him the second male Greek tennis player to win a Grand Slam title at any division, after Nicky Kalogeropoulos in 1963, and the first one in the Open Era. At the Barcelona Open in 2018, he reached his first ATP final without dropping a set, but lost to his idol, world No.1 Rafael Nadal in the final.
