Stephen Ng rose to fame as a prominent member of the renowned animated YouTube channel DanPlan, which gained immense popularity for its engaging animated vlogs and diverse video content. In December 2019, Stephen made the decision to part ways with DanPlan and embarked on his own solo venture by launching his personal YouTube channel named Actually Stephen. The inception of the DanPlan channel dates back to July 2014, although the first video was not uploaded until a month later. Throughout his time at DanPlan, Stephen, alongside his Canadian counterparts, contributed to creating captivating content that resonated with a wide audience. Alongside his brother Gavin, Stephen was an integral part of the DanPlan team, which also included Daniel Lim and Hosuh Lee. The channel's content often revolved around surviving various scenarios such as RPG games, zombie apocalypses, and deserted islands, captivating viewers with their creativity and humor.
