Tatiana Ringsby began sharing her modeling pictures on Instagram after joining the platform as an early teenager back in 2013. In March 2014, she joined hands with Olivia Rouyre and Eliza Rose to create the collaborative YouTube channel, The Rad And Reckless, on which they covered a diverse range of topics including fashion, beauty, makeup, funny videos and challenges. Tatiana was by far the most active contributor to the channel, and when her peers decided to part ways a year later, she began uploading videos on her solo eponymous channel. In the following years, she became quite popular on both YouTube and Instagram, but her fame skyrocketed only after her coming out video went viral on TikTok in April 2020. In the video, filmed by her brother Justin, she could be seen baking a cake for her parents with the words “Surprise I’m bi” in icing. Their heartwarming reaction made the video ever so special and helped it amass over a million views and thousands of comments within a short period.

While Tatiana Ringsby often talked about her struggles with eating disorder or body image in her videos, she felt quite restricted sharing “cute little outfit pics” like most other models and social media stars until she finally came out. After sharing one of her most vulnerable moments on the internet, she felt liberated about publicly embracing her “queerness”, which further gave her content authenticity. She believes that it also helped develop her taste in fashion as self-expression was always crucial to her. She “felt really, really good” “dressing more masculine and boyish”, and further went through a prolonged phase of self-exploration during which period she changed her hairstyle several times. Tatiana, who was not allowed to cut her long brown hair throughout her modeling career, began experimenting with her looks after coming out and later even made a video titled “how changing my hair 10+ times changed my life”.

Tatiana Ringsby, whose whole family surfs, is very passionate about it and grew up loving the ocean. She later became actively involved in ocean conservation work, which was ironically fuelled by her background in the fashion industry. As a model who shot hundreds of new looks for prominent brands, she became curious about what happened to all the clothes that the models donned every day. Following a thorough research, she was horrified to learn how the fast fashion industry was responsible for damaging the environment. It eventually inspired her to launch her own sustainable streetwear brand called “Pronounced Tatchi!” According to her, most sustainable clothing brands were not focused on streetwear and only “catered to an older audience with a lot of neutral colors”. As such, she created “something that's sustainable, incredibly colorful, and fun” and drew inspiration for her style from “surf and skate culture”. As an environmental activist, she initially focused on doing her part by working locally and picking up trash, but after hosting the talk, “Sustainability & The Environment”, for The Conversationalist in October 2020, she was motivated to “putting my voice out there in a more political sphere around climate change”.

Tatiana Ringsby was born on January 26, 2000 in Aspen, Colorado to Gray and Bettina Ringsby. She grew up in Maui, Hawaii with an older brother named Justin. She attended Seabury Hall in Makawao, Hawaii. She is a talented dancer and can play the drums. Her interests include surfing, snowboarding, skateboarding, painting, and mixed martial arts. She is proficient in Portuguese and Spanish.

Tatiana Ringsby was involved in a relationship with musical artist Conan Gentil, whom she introduced to her fans in a YouTube video titled THE BOYFRIEND TAG on July 23, 2019. They continued to appear in each other’s social media posts in the following months, but seem to have broken up by the time she came out as bisexual. She recently introduced singer-songwriter Zolita, a.k.a. Zoë Montana Hoetzel, as her new lover in a “girlfriend tag” video.
