She was born on October 23, 1993, in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, US, to Kira Spreitler and Daniel Spreitler. She was initially raised in Wiggins, Mississippi, before the family relocated to Amory, Mississippi.
At age six, she won a state-wide talent and beauty contest. She has always acknowledged the support of her parents and family in her life.
Taylor is a graduate. Recollecting on the subject, she once mentioned, “I flew home and surprised my best friend at his graduation, and I remember turning to my mom and saying, 'My graduation was so much cooler than this.' I had Melissa Joan Hart give my commencement speech.” The latter was her co-star from the series ‘Melissa & Joey.’

Career
Taylor initially commenced her entertainment career as a model. Her first feature in a commercial happened to be in a national campaign for ‘Motrin’. She then featured in a number of commercials for various brands, such as the peanut-butter brand ‘JIF,’ the chain of restaurants ‘Chuck E. Cheese's,’ and the global independent energy brand ‘Hess Corporation.’
In 2005, she made acting debut with the popular American crime drama series ‘Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.’ She played ‘Chloe Sellers’ in a single episode of the series, titled ‘Pure..
In 2007, she essayed the part of ‘Alice’ in the short film ‘All Souls Day.’

Taylor garnered immense exposure through this series, appearing in a total of 139 episodes from January 6, 2009, to June 23, 2010.
Following her stint in ‘Days of Our Lives,’ she landed up among the main cast of the American TV sitcom ‘Melissa & Joey.’ The sitcom starred Melissa Joan Hart and Joey Lawrence in titular roles. Taylor essayed the part of ‘Lennox Elizabeth Scanlon,’ the free-spirited teenage niece of ‘Melanie Alison,’ played by Joan. The show aired on ‘ABC Family’ for four seasons, encompassing 104 episodes, from August 17, 2010, to August 5, 2015.

The 2017 American supernatural horror ‘Amityville: The Awakening’ saw her playing the character of ‘Marissa.’ The film, which is the tenth instalment of the main Amityville film series, had Jennifer Jason Leigh, Cameron Monaghan, Kurtwood Smith, Bella Thorne, and Thomas Mann in starring roles.
