In early 2021, Tessica Brown shared a video where she used the Gorilla Glue spray on her hair instead of a regular hairspray. The video was quick to go viral and Tessica soon became a trending name on TikTok. She also earned the nickname, Gorilla Glue Girl, thanks to the video. The ordeal with her hair encouraged Tessica to launch her haircare brand named Forever Hair.

Tessica Brown launched her self-titled Youtube channel in January 2015. However, she posted her first video titled “Stiff where?? Ma hair🤬🤬” in 2021. She mostly posts shorts on her channel, most of which are inspired by her TikTok videos. Tessica Brown also owns a massive following on Instagram where she posts modeling clicks and glimpses of her TikTok content.

Tessica Brown was born on October 21, 1981, in the United States. She has a sister who has appeared in some of her videos. She also has 3 daughters who often feature on her Instagram. Tessica’s zodiac sign is Libra.

After her misadventure with Gorilla Glue, she was contacted by Dr. Michael Obeng who offered to fix her hair. She later underwent a 4-hour-long procedure guided by Dr. Obeng. While the surgical procedure would cost around $12k, Dr. Michael Obeng did it for free. In an interview with Vox, Tessica expressed much gratitude to the doctor and went on to describe him as divine help.

Apart from creating content for social media, Tessica also runs a daycare named Little Angels Daycare in Louisiana.
