Trinity Jae Bio

Trinity Jae loved editing videos and posting them on Facebook even before joining YouTube and created her channel on December 6, 2010 with the intention of sharing her college experience. The original name of the channel was QTSJz, derived by combining the first letters of names of all the girls she was “cool with” at the time. The plan for a combined channel fell apart within a few months, following which she renamed the channel to Trinity Jae to continue her own YouTube journey.

She uploaded her first video, How to make DIY shelves (EASY), on January 13, 2012 and went on to share more DIY hacks in the following years. She made her first story-time video, STORYTIME: WORST BOYFRIEND EVER STORY!, on June 28, 2015, following which she focused more on story-time videos while also sharing life and beauty hacks occasionally. She created a separate beauty channel, Trinity Sway, on April 15, 2017, but has uploaded only one video on it.

She had previously created a second channel called TrinityJae on October 23, 2013, but did not post anything on it until October 5, 2018, when she started to document her dating life with future husband Steven Solid. She later turned the channel into a family vlogging channel called THE SOLID FAMILY and continues to record her life with her husband and children on it. On her primary channel, she posted story-time videos for a long time before shifting focus again to cooking and food videos. In December 2020, she celebrated hitting 1 million subscribers on her main channel.

Trinity Jae was born on September 30, 1991 in North Carolina, United States. While ‘Trinity’ is her real name, her surname is not ‘Jae’, but starts with the letter ‘J’. She has a brother named TJ and a sister named Crystal. In the first video on her vlogging channel, titled FINALLY DATING AGAIN!, she showed her fans the house she grew up in. She was a tomboy growing up and used to collect caterpillars in a box. Moreover, she ran track for eight years in school and was very passionate about it, even winning trophies from participating in national events and junior Olympics. She further mentioned that it was the reason she got up in the morning and went to school every day. She had earned the nickname ‘diesel’ from boys at her school. She wanted to go to law school after completing high school, but eventually went to North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in 2010-15. She loves sushi and spicy food. While she loves shopping, she prefers getting things online rather than going to malls and waiting in lines. She is also quite good at painting.

In a video from February 2018, Trinity Jae mentioned that she had seven boyfriends in the past and had been dumped twice. In another Q&A video in April that year, she further revealed that her last relationship was the longest and the worst, adding that she regretted being in the relationship for too long. In October 2018, she disclosed to her fans through her second channel that she was dating again. She introduced her then-boyfriend, Steven Solid, to her main channel viewers in the video STORYTIME MUKBANG HOW WE MET! on November 9, 2018. In the video, she revealed that they had first met in a math class eight years ago when she was in the freshman year in college. He was the shy one and she was the one to initiate conversation. While they became close in the following months, she was very popular at the time and was dating a lot of boys, which dissuaded him from advancing further. They started talking again four-five years later and eventually started dating in 2018. The following year, while trying to prank Steven, she realized being pregnant with their first child and later gave birth to daughter Eden on March 20, 2020. They had already gotten married a month earlier on February 8, 2020. In 2022, they welcomed a baby boy as well.
