Truman Theodore Hanks is the youngest son of the much accomplished American actor Tom Hanks, who is known for his roles in movies like ‘Splash’, ‘A League of Their Own,’ ‘Cast Away’, ‘Road to Perdition’, ‘Cloud Atlas’ and ‘Sully’. He has also won the Academy Awards for his role in the films ‘Philadelphia’ and ‘Forrest Gump’. Tom Hanks has been married twice and has four children, two each from his two marriages. Truman is the second son of Tom Hanks and his second wife Rita Wilson. Truman’s older brother is Chester Marlon Hanks. He has two half-siblings, Colin and Elizabeth. Despite being born to a huge film star who is popular all over the world, Truman has not entered the film industry. He never developed an interest in acting even though both of his parents have prominent careers in Hollywood. He is a very private person and does not like to receive much attention from the media. However, being the child of a celebrity, he gets exposed to the media’s glare frequently. Unlike most youngsters his age, Truman doesn’t seem to have any public accounts on social networking sites like Twitter and Instagram.
