Mia Hermansson-Högdahl is a highly accomplished Swedish team handball player, known for her exceptional skills and achievements both nationally and internationally. With an impressive career spanning several decades, she has represented her country in numerous matches and tournaments, earning accolades such as being named World Handball Player of the Year in 1994. As a club player, she secured victories in the Women's EHF Champions League. Transitioning to coaching, she has taken on a key role in guiding the Norwegian women's handball team to success since 2010.
