Often referred to as the Father of the Television, Russian-American engineer Vladimir K. Zworykin is remembered for inventing the kinescope picture tube, also known as the cathode-ray tube, used in the television. He was associated with the Radio Corporation of America, and his other creations included the iconoscope camera.

Rick Santorum is an American politician who adopted a cultural warrior image for opposing same-sex marriage and abortion while serving as a US Senator from Pennsylvania. A Roman Catholic, Santorum wrote a failed proposed amendment called Santorum Amendment. He currently serves as a senior political commentator for CNN.

John Money was a New Zealand sexologist, psychologist, and author. He is best remembered for his research into biology of gender and sexual identity. He is credited with coining the terms sexual orientation, gender role, and gender identity. John Money was also criticized for endorsing conversion therapy among other unethical practices. His books have been translated into numerous languages.

Former prime minister of Bhutan, Tshering Tobgay co-founded the People's Democratic Party. He has also been the opposition leader of Bhutan for 5 years. Educated in Kalimpong in India, Tobgay also boasts of a master’s degree from Harvard University. A TED speaker, he advocates for Gross National Happiness.
