In the year 2010, Schwarzenegger wrote her book ‘Rock What You've Got: Secrets to Loving Your Inner and Outer Beauty from Someone Who's Been There and Back.’ This book detailed her personal life experiences during her school days. Since Schwarzenegger had faced body shaming in school, she used this book as a medium to encourage other women to gain confidence. In this book, Schwarzenegger also described how she gained confidence by practicing yoga and walking exercises. In 2014, the American author released another book titled ‘I Just Graduated ...
