Monty Lopez is best known as the father of one of the most famous TikTok star Addison Rae; however, he is a TikTok star in his own right. He first started posting videos on TikTok in December 2019 after seeing the success of his wife and daughter on the platform. Initially, he thought of taking a yearlong vacation to try out the platform’s potential; however, his success on TikTok has inspired him to do more. Since his debut, his account @montyjlopez has attracted over 5.6 million fans and his posts have attracted over 112 million likes.

Monty Lopez also launched his Instagram account yet again in December 2019 and has since then has gained more than 340K followers on his @montylopez account.

Apart from his own account, Monty Lopez is also the patriarch of the web group @theraefamily – which includes his wife and children along with himself – on TikTok. The account has over 6.6 million fans. On Instagram too, the @theraefamily has gathered more than 332k followers. On YouTube, the theraefamily channel has attracted 305k subscribers.

In January 2020, he signed up as an actor with the WME (William Morris Endeavor).

Before finding fame on TikTok, Monty Lopez worked in the real estate industry. He was the General Manager of Atchafalaya Homes, New Iberia, Louisiana (2007-2012) and thereafter worked in the same capacity at Oak Creek Home Center (2013-2014), Clayton Homes (2014-2020) and LUV Homes (2019-2020).

He also runs a real estate investment company named ML Sales.

Monty Lopez was born on 24th November 1975 in the United States. He studied at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and graduated from there after obtaining a degree in English Language and Literature/Letters.

He is married to Sheri Easterling and has three children with her – a daughter, Addison Rae, and two sons, Lucas and Enzo.

His favourite actor and actress are Leonardo DiCaprio and Scarlett Johansson while his favourite movie in Titanic. He loves Spanish food and is a fitness fanatic. His passion is to enjoy life with his family. Along with his family, he resides in Los Angeles, California.
